4.Orders

 

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment. Once payment is completed, the order falls under FitPet’s no return and no refund policy.

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or dispatched.

5.Shipping

6.Returns, Replacements & Refunds

 

Returns

Returns are not accepted. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

 

Replacements

Replacements are considered only if the product received is damaged or if an incorrect item has been delivered. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Replacement approvals are at the sole discretion of FitPet.

 

Refunds

FitPet does not offer refunds.
