FitPet ships pet supplements and wellness products across India.

This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, shipping fees, and important conditions.

1.Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

• Chennai / Tamil Nadu: 1–3 business days
• South India: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Remote or difficult locations may take longer depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping fee: ₹250 anywhere in India.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with order confirmation.

5. Delivery Responsibility

FitPet is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Festivals or public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Leaking
• Opened
• With missing items
• Or the wrong product was delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the product received

We will resolve the issue as applicable.

7. RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Wrong address
• No response from the customer
• Rejection of delivery

Reshipping fees will apply.
